Thoughtfully designed. Meticulously crafted. Entirely yours.

At Stone Hill Paperie, custom wedding stationery is much more than printing names and dates — it’s a refined design experience crafted exclusively for you. Just as a tailor creates a garment to fit flawlessly, every custom invitation we design is made to fit your celebration perfectly — no templates, no shortcuts, and no guesswork.

Each piece is built from the ground up to capture your story, your aesthetic, and the experience you want your guests to feel from the moment they open the envelope.

The Art of Tailored Design

a process rooted in collaboration and craft

Designing custom invitations with Stone Hill Paperie begins with connection.
We start with a discovery call to learn about your wedding plans, your aesthetic, and the atmosphere you want to create. If it feels like we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a design consultation — a deep dive into your story, the textures and colors that inspire you, and the moments you want your guests to remember most.

From there, your invitation suite begins to take shape through carefully chosen paper stocks, printing methods, and finishing details. Every element — from typography to embellishments — is thoughtfully considered so your suite feels like a natural extension of your wedding design.

Many couples ask if I also create the wedding day details — the answer is absolutely. I love ensuring that menus, programs, signage, and other printed pieces feel cohesive with your invitations. I work closely with your planner, floral designer, and creative team so that every printed element fits seamlessly within the overall event design and vision.

the custom experience

Designing your wedding stationery is a deeply personal experience. From our first conversation to the moment your invitations are sealed, every stage is intentional and collaborative. You’ll be guided through a seamless process that honors your vision, elevates your design, and brings your story to life through texture, color, and craftsmanship.

We manage every detail — from design development and print production to assembly and optional mailing — so you can enjoy the excitement of seeing your suite come together, beautifully and effortlessly.

When it’s time to design your wedding day details, we carry the thread of your invitation design through every touchpoint — menus, programs, signage, and more - all feeling as cohesive as they are meaningful.

Your wedding stationery sets the tone for everything that follows — it’s the first glimpse your guests have into the atmosphere you’re creating.

While our Curated Collection offers a refined starting point with thoughtful design flexibility, our Custom Experience is for couples who want something completely one-of-a-kind — a suite that couldn’t belong to anyone else.

This level of personalization means every color, illustration, and texture is chosen intentionally, resulting in a cohesive experience from your invitations to your menus, signage, and day-of details.

investment and timeline

Most custom invitation suites average between $6,500-$10,000, with full-service wedding stationery stories starting around $12,000.

Because each project is designed entirely from scratch, we recommend beginning the process 7–9 months before your wedding date to allow time for design, proofing, printing, and assembly.

Kind words from our couples

Bride and groom smiling on cobblestone street; bride holding bouquet.

“Amy, of Stone Hill Paperie was an amazing partner and helped create a beautiful and personal paper suite for our wedding weekend. I didn’t have a clear vision, but Amy quickly helped me narrow in on one. I wanted something clean, blue, geometric and a tie between Georgia and NYC (where we live and where I am from/where we were getting married). It turned out even better than expected. We got so many compliments from our friends and family. But that was just the beginning! We asked Amy to create other elements for our big day (guest bag itinerary, seating chart, escort cards, cocktail napkins) – it all tied into our theme so nicely. Amy created beautiful items and had great attention to detail. She was calm, optimistic, creative and kind. I highly recommend working with Stone Hill Paperie.”
