1. What exactly is the Semi-Custom Collection?
The Semi-Custom Collection features thoughtfully designed invitation suites with set layouts and curated fonts. You can personalize the wording, ink and envelope color, and select from a variety of elegant embellishments to make the suite feel like your own.
2. What can I customize?
You’ll be able to personalize:
– Your names and wording
– Ink and envelope color
– Quantity and print method
– Optional Embellishment and Artwork add-ons: wax seals, silk ribbon, a custom monogram, or a custom illustration
3. Can I change the fonts or rearrange the layout?
No. Fonts and layouts are intentionally designed and remain consistent across each suite to ensure a cohesive aesthetic and smooth design process.
4. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on quantity, print method (digital, letterpress, or foil), and any embellishments or artwork you choose to include. You’ll find base pricing listed for each suite, with a final quote sent once your selections are complete.
5. What print methods do you offer?
Each suite can be digitally printed or upgraded to letterpress or foil printing. We'll walk you through the differences to help you decide what best fits your vision and budget.
6. How does the ordering process work?
Pick your favorite base suite (text layout), then move on to select your ink and envelope colors, envelope liner style, and any embellishments or custom artwork you'd like to include. Once your selections are made, we’ll confirm everything with you and send a final quote and contract.
7. Can I see a sample first?
Yes—you can order a sample of one or more suites for $15 each. If you decide to proceed, the cost of your sample(s) will be credited toward your final order.
8. How long does it take?
Please allow 3 weeks from final approval for digitally printed invitations and 7 weeks for letterpress or foil printed invitations. Rush options may be available—just ask.
9. Can I add on other pieces later (like menus or signage)?
Absolutely. Many couples return for matching menus, programs, or signage. Because your base design is already in place, these pieces will coordinate effortlessly.
10. What if I need to order extra invitations?
We always recommend ordering 10–15 extra suites with your initial order. Reorders are possible, but they often require a new minimum quantity and additional turnaround time.
11. Do you ship everywhere?
We currently ship within the U.S. If you’re planning a destination wedding, we’re happy to work with you to ensure your timing stays on track.
12. Can I use a suite for another celebration (shower, rehearsal dinner, etc.)?
