All custom and library illustrations created by Stone Hill Paperie are designed for use within your wedding stationery suite. But if you'd like to carry your illustration into other wedding details—like signage, napkins, keepsakes, or branded materials—we're happy to help you do just that. Just ask—we can create almost anything to bring your design to life across your celebration.

In the meantime, if you or another vendor plan to use your illustration beyond your stationery, please review the licensing options below.

Personal License – $150

Perfect for couples who want to use their illustration beyond the invitation suite.
This license allows you to use your illustration on:

• Welcome signs

• Cocktail napkins

• Thank you notes

• Favor tags

• Custom keepsakes (pillows, tea towels, embroidery, etc.)

You may work with outside vendors (or DIY) to create these items for personal use only.

Professional License – $350

Required if your illustration will be used for:

• Branding or logos

• Packaging

• Products for sale (prints, favors, or gifts)

• Commercial or promotional materials

• Any use beyond a one-time personal celebration

This license grants broader rights to use the artwork across professional applications, while still respecting the artist’s ownership of the work.
