From there, I help guide the path that fits: a curated semi-custom suite, a one-of-a-kind bespoke design, or full-service stationery that carries their vision from save the dates to the wedding day.
Process
Wedding stationery pricing varies based on the range of services and preferences, including paper quality, print methods, custom artwork, and decorative details. While the possibilities are endless, we organize our pricing into three main tiers: our curated semi-custom collection, fully bespoke custom designs, and comprehensive full-service wedding stationery. This structure helps provide clarity and a starting point for your budget.
Curated Collection | Explore our thoughtfully curated selection of semi-custom wedding invitations. These distinct designs offer limitless possibilities for personalization, spanning ink colors, envelope hues, and decorative add-ons such as bespoke illustrations and monograms, wax seals, ribbons, and more. Starting a little over $1100, with average spending between $1500 - $3500.
Custom Designed Invitations | Drawing inspiration from your clients' love story, your design plans, the wedding aesthetic, and venue, we'll collaborate to craft one-of-a-kind wedding invitations that truly reflect their personalities and wedding vision. Given the depth of creativity and time investment involved, Stone Hill Paperie selectively accepts a limited number of custom projects annually.
Starting at $5000, with average spending between $6500 - $10000.
Full-Service Wedding Stationery and Event Details | Create a seamless aesthetic experience for your clients’ wedding, beginning with save-the-dates, invitations, and culminating in awe-inspiring wedding day details and installations. Rely on us to handle all the wedding stationery needs comprehensively, from inception to completion, including invitation mailing and logistical arrangements.
Starting at $7000, with average spending between $9000 - $12000.

Pricing
Expect a detailed timeline outlining the design process, including essential dates to facilitate a smooth progression and ensure timely mailing of invitations. If you already have a timeline in mind, just let me know so that we have it on our calendar and can schedule production accordingly.
When To Start the Process for Custom Designs
- 10-12 months prior for save the dates
- 5-8 months before for invitations
- At least 2 months in advance for wedding day details.
When To Order for Curated (semi-custom) Designs
- 8-12 months prior for save the dates
- 4-7 months before for invitations
- Around 6 weeks in advance for wedding day details.
Rush orders are accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
