How It Begins

You reach out, and I respond promptly. Whether that's through the inquiry form or a quick email, getting back to you is always my first priority.

Discovery Call
A relaxed 15-minute phone conversation to talk through your vision and make sure we're the right fit for each other. No pressure, no pitch -- just a real conversation.

How Every Project Closes

This is where a lot of wedding vendors hand things off. I don't.

Your Approval
When you love everything, you sign the print release and the balance invoice is sent. Nothing goes to press until you've given the final word.

Going to Press
Your invitations are printed by the press I've selected specifically for your project - I maintain relationships with several printers and match each job to the one best suited for it.

In My Hands Before Yours
Every order comes to me first. I inspect each piece, assemble your suite, and prepare it for mailing myself. If something isn't right, I catch it here - before it ever reaches you.

Seal and Send Service (Custom Design Clients)
For custom clients, I offer a full seal and send service: I address, seal, stamp, and mail your invitations entirely on your behalf. Your guests receive something beautiful, and you never had to touch a single envelope.

Two Ways to Work Together

Curated Collection
A beautiful, personalized suite built from my existing designs -- tailored to you, ready faster.

Before we meet, I'll send a short pre-work guide so you can explore the collection on your own terms. Then we spend 20 to 30 minutes on Zoom pulling your suite together live, on screen, in real time. You'll see it come together as we talk. From there, I send your quote; once approved, a contract and deposit invoice follow. Your wording is collected, and proofs arrive within three business days. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Custom Design
A fully original suite designed from the ground up -- your story, your aesthetic, translated into something that has never existed before.

We begin with a 60 to 90 minute consultation, on Zoom or in person, where we go deep: your vision, your aesthetic, the feeling you want your guests to have the moment they open the envelope. I research, sketch, and build a quote with a rough timeline -- nothing is locked in until you're ready. Once the contract and deposit are in place, I begin your inspiration board, wording document, and original artwork. Your first proof arrives with an invitation to review it together on Zoom, which I always recommend. We refine until it's exactly right.

Once your wedding has passed and the dust has settled, I love to reconnect (over coffee in person, or virtually) to hear how everything came together. It's a chance to reflect on the experience, celebrate what we created, and make sure everything exceeded your expectations. I look forward to it from the very beginning.
